Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning systems(ERP) aren't necessarily justifiable systems for all organizations in direction of their objectives. This matter is very important for Small and Medium Enterprises(SME's) because an erroneous purchase decision in relation expensive project such this can been resulted to destruction of company. evaluating procurement of      Enterprise Resource Planning system haven’t been analysed from aspect of organization’s strategic plan in past researchs yet. Thus this research was performed to presenting a model for evaluation of ERP procurement scheme with centralization on realization of strategic plan and focusing on small and medium enterprises. At the stage of constructing model, methodology is perfectly qualitative and base on explorative interviews but at the stage of testing model that is quantitative and its kind is descriptive-analytic and case study. The results depict that ERP procurement scheme for Nasr Pharmaceutical Company has median justification.
